Privacy Policy
In compliance with the provisions of Article 5 et seq. of the Personal Data Protection Spanish Act 15/1999,of 13th of December, the Client is informed of the existence of a database containing personal data relating to it, and where applicable to its employees, created by and for WILICO WIRELESS NETWORKING SOLUTIONS S.A. (hereinafter referred as FuturLink), under its responsibility, which is necessary for the normal provision of the services contracted.
For this purpose, the Client expressly authorises FuturLink, itself or through third parties responsible for processing personal data, to hold and process its personal particulars (full name, address, postcode, telephone number, email address, tax number), on any kind of support, and to communicate them to public and private entities and institutions, provided this is necessary for the efficient provision of the services contracted.
The Client assumes full liability for the authorisation to be given by employees for the processing of their personal data by FuturLink, provided such processing is related to the purpose of the services contracted.
In compliance with the provisions of Articles 6 et seq. of the referred Data Protection Spanish Act, the Client has the right at all times to object to the processing of its personal data and to access, correct and cancel the personal data held by FuturLink. The aforesaid rights may be exercised by the Client and by anyone representing the Client, by sending a signed written request to the following address: FuturLink, C/ Almogàvers, 107-119 3 floor, 08005 Barcelona, Spain or bay sending and e-mail to the address legal@futurlink.com. The request must contain the following details: Client's full name, address for the purpose of notifications, photocopy of tax number or identity card or passport, and the specific request. In the case of a representative, formal evidence of such representation must be provided.
FuturLink undertakes to comply with its confidentiality obligation with respect to personal data and with its duty to safeguard them, and shall take the necessary steps to avoid any alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or unauthorised access, in compliance with the provisions of the Security Regulations governing computerised databases containing personal data, approved by Royal Decree 994/1999, of 11th July.
