The FuturLink Technical Support can be reached by email from Monday till Friday in the time from 09:00 till 19:00 CET. Upon contacting us we would like you to include several details into your incident report:
- Please state cleary if your incident is a question regarding a topic not well covered by our manuals or an incident with hard or software.
- Customer Name and/or Login (no password, Futurlink will never ask for your passwords)
- Registry or License Key and if possible the devices Serial number(all to be found on the back of every device)
- A short but detailled error description
- If you send screenshots, attach them as image to your mail. Do not paste them into a Word or Powerpoint.
